Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC ™)
Skeena’s manufacturing plants and forest products are certified by the PEFC Chain of Custody certification. This standard ensures that the raw material used in our products can be traced back to legal and socially acceptable sources. This allows us to give our customers confidence to rely on the sustainability of the products they purchase from us.

Sustainable Biomass Program (SBP)
In 2022, Skeena Bioenergy became certified through the Sustainable Biomass Certification Program (SBP). The SBP is a certification system designed to encourage sustainable uses for woody biomass — usually in the form of wood pellets and wood chips — like those used in industrial, large-scale energy production.
In 2022, Skeena Bioenergy achieved certification to the Sustainable Biomass Certification Program.
