Mr. Cui has over 10 years management experience in real estate development, investment, international trade, cement manufacturing and other resource industry operations. Mr. Cui is also the President of Roc Holdings Ltd., an investment company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2011, Roc Holdings acquired Skeena Sawmills Ltd.

Mr. Cui hails from an entrepreneurial family and has developed an excellent professional relationship with China National Building Materials Group, Beijing New Building Materials Co., and many other buyers in China. Mr. Cui holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Alberta.

Sandra Wu

CEO & President

Being the President and CEO of Skeena Sawmills and Skeena BioEnergy, Mrs. Wu represents the shareholders and the Board of Directors in all major operational matters and is in charge of directing day-to-day business activities of the company. Mrs. Wu also serves as Director and VP of Roc Holdings, responsible for corporate investment direction and human resource management.

Mrs. Wu was the Director and CEO of CNH Management in Canada, taking charge of the negotiation, financing, public relations and internal management of the company’s film and television investment projects.  After obtaining professional certifications, Mrs. Wu has provided consulting service for couple companies as a business constellations coach, offering insight and information into the hidden dynamics that restrict leadership and organizational systems, helping leaders understand team and leadership challenges and return with fresh clarity and direction.

Mrs. Wu holds a Bachelor degree from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Business Administration Management and an EMBA degree from Netherlands EuroPort Business School in Contemporary Business.

Greg DeMille has been with Skeena Sawmills since 2013 and has over 25 years of industry experience. Mr. DeMille has held various management and leadership roles throughout his career. He is currently responsible for overseeing the company’s daily business operations, leading key initiatives, and implementing company-wide strategies. His extensive experience in the forest industry allows him to play a critical role in developing Skeena’s growth strategy. Mr. DeMille is a Registered Professional Forester and holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia.

Jenny is an experienced CPA, CGA with more than a decade of post-designation controller / CFO experience in Canadian manufacturing, construction and wholesale industries.  Her first-hand experience with both private enterprises and TSX listed companies equipped her with forward-looking perspectives but yet practical approaches. Joining the Skeena Sawmills group officially in Oct 2022, she has brought to the leadership team her strategic vision and results-driven approach which contributed to helping the group achieve financial discipline and organizational success.

Before migrating to Canada in 2006, she had developed a successful career with prestigious global banks including HSBC, Citibank and Deustche bank. These experience benefited her with expertise in project financing, corporate commercial lending and treasury / FX operations. Jenny also earned her MBA in China in 2002 from a program co-run by MIT Sloan School of Management.

Lionel Chabot

Plant Manager

As Skeena’s sawmill plant manager, Lionel Chabot brings more than 40 years direct forest industry experience to bear in optimizing Skeena’s production process. An expert in the lumber manufacturing process, he is responsible for implementing both new technologies along with tried-and-true process improvements to deliver consistent quality and strong sawmill realizations.

Lionel started his lumber career with a large lumber manufacturer in Mackenzie, working his way over 25 years through the operational management responsibilities with three sawmills on the site. His results-oriented management style got him frequently moved to under-performing companies to improve efficiencies. Before joining Skeena in November 2014, he managed four sawmills at different locations in British Columbia.

In his leisure time, Mr. Chabot enjoys rebuilding and restoring tractors and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Tracy Huang

Senior Manager of Logistics and Admin

Tracy has been with Skeena Sawmills since 2011. She is closely managing the shipping logistics, trade finance, and export documentation with the marketing and shipping teams. And she is also responsible for overseeing the administration of Skeena’s Head Office in Vancouver.

Tracy was a practicing lawyer in China in the business field. She received her master’s degree in International Economic Law/ International Trade Law at Wuhan University in China. Tracy also got her certificate in International Trade (FITT program) from BCIT.

Linda McColman

Controller

Ms. McColman, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) joined Skeena’s management team in June 2014. She has over 29 years accounting and financial management experience in the forest industry. Ms. McColman has extensive experience in financial reporting, cost controls and financial review processes in a multidivisional setting, to ensure full compliance with Canadian and USA GAAP. She has extensive background in managing all accounting and administration functions, including preparation of financial statements, payroll, and regulatory/tax filings and auditing requirements.
