Teddy Cui

President & CEO

Mr. Cui has over 10 years management experience in real estate development, investment, international trade, cement manufacturing and other resource industry operations. Mr. Cui is also the President of Roc Holdings Ltd., an investment company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2011, Roc Holdings acquired Skeena Sawmills Ltd.

Mr. Cui hails from an entrepreneurial family and has developed an excellent professional relationship with China National Building Materials Group, Beijing New Building Materials Co., and many other buyers in China. Mr. Cui holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Alberta.

Roger Keery

Vice President Operations

Roger Keery is responsible for all the operational aspects of the company.  Born and raised in an entrepreneurial B.C. sawmilling and logging family, he has over 30 years of forest industry experience.   Mr. Keery has worked around the province including 15 years in Mackenzie beginning as a project engineer and progressing to Site Manager.  He has also managed large remanufacturing plants, an equipment design/manufacturing business, specialty sawmills and acted as a consultant to forest companies in Canada and New Zealand.    A UBC graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he is a registered professional engineer and has held positions on a number of industry committees.

Away from work at Skeena he whittles at his golf handicap, builds furniture, studies philosophy and sits of the Board of Carey Theological College.

Linda McColman C.M.A.

Controller

Mrs. McColman, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) joined Skeena’s management team in June 2014. She has over 29 years accounting and financial management experience in the forest industry. Ms. McColman has extensive experience in financial reporting, cost controls and financial review processes in a multidivisional setting, to ensure full compliance with Canadian and USA GAAP. She has extensive background in managing all accounting and administration functions including preparation of financial statements, payroll, and regulatory/tax filings and auditing requirements.

Lionel Chabot

Plant Manager

Mr. Chabot has over 35 years forest industry experience. He started his lumber career with one of the major forest company in Mackenzie, where he spent 25 years working his way through the operational management responsibilities with 3 sawmills on the site. His result oriented management style got him frequently moved to under-performing companies to improve efficiencies. Before joining Skeena in November 2014, Mr. Chabot managed 4 sawmills at different locations in British Columbia. As Plant Manager, his responsibilities span over the overall management of Skeena Sawmills’ Terrace operations.

Mr. Chobot has an extensive experience in aspects and of sawmill management and is cognisant of technological requirements to improve lumber recovery and productivity.

In his leisure time, Mr. Chabot enjoys rebuilding and renovating tractors and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Greg DeMille

Woodlands Manager

Greg DeMille has been with Skeena Sawmills since 2013 and has over 17 years of forestry industry experience. Mr. DeMille has held various management and leadership roles throughout his forestry career including several years on the coast of British Columbia. He is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of log supply and woodlands operations to meet resource management objectives and corporate goals in a cost-efficient manner while achieving compliance with safety, environmental, and other regulatory or legal requirements. Mr. DeMille is a Registered Professional Forester and holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia
